Terms of Service

StageVirtually.com provides virtual staging, virtual renovation, decluttering, and related creative services for real estate professionals (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Some features require a StageVirtually account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during sign up and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify StageVirtually immediately through our contact page.

When using the Services you agree not to:

• Upload imagery that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or includes illegal, hateful, or explicit content.
• Misrepresent virtually staged assets as untouched photography or omit required disclosures in jurisdictions that mandate them.
• Use automated systems to overload or interfere with the Services.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any feature or security measure.
• Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access your workspace.

4.1 Image Processing: We process the photos, floor plans, and supporting files you upload solely to deliver the requested virtual staging outputs. Unless you grant explicit retention permissions, assets are automatically deleted from our production systems after delivery windows expire.

4.2 Security: We implement industry-standard safeguards—including encrypted transport, scoped employee access, and automatic expiring download links—to protect your assets. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this inherent risk.

4.3 Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any imagery, for communicating required disclosures to sellers or buyers, and for reviewing deliverables before publishing them.

5.1 Pricing: StageVirtually offers pay-as-you-go credits, monthly subscriptions, and enterprise agreements. Pricing may change with notice, and applicable taxes will be added where required.

5.2 Billing: Paid plans are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. You authorize StageVirtually and its processors to charge the payment method on file for the selected plan.

5.3 Refunds: If a deliverable does not meet the staging brief, contact support within 14 days. We will work with you on revisions; refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

StageVirtually and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, branding, templates, and design systems. Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use delivered renders for marketing the associated property, subject to any agreed usage restrictions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StageVirtually, its affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Unauthorized access to the Services despite our reasonable safeguards
• Any interruption, delay, or modification, including those caused by third-party platforms
• Bugs, malware, or harmful code transmitted by third parties

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
